ALL MY RELATIONS is a sacred phrase many first nations people use to begin or end prayer and conversation in our ceremonies and gatherings.
It originated from our Lakota Sioux relatives. It means that we are all relatedand are in harmony with all forms of life. All of us are, children of the same Creator and Mother Earth. Not only humankind, but also the four-legged, the winged, plant life, rocks, rivers and oceans. It is an expression of love and respect for all life.
